Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Keystone Kits and Research LLC are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at keystonekitsandresearchllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will issue a replacement at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.

Lost Packages

Keystone Kits and Research LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Chargebacks

By purchasing from our site you agree to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback. Chargebacks filed without prior contact will be disputed in full.

Research Use Only

All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. Refunds will not be issued on any basis related to product use outside of intended research applications.
