Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Only

Keystone Kits and Research LLC ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Method

All orders ship via USPS or UPS at our discretion. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping

Orders totaling $250 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $250 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after shipment. Keystone Kits and Research LLC is not responsible for carrier delays.

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents on the outside of the package.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Address changes cannot be made after an order has shipped.

Lost Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Keystone Kits and Research LLC is not liable for lost or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
